A Love Letter to The Sky

Being from the Midwest, I've always been drawn to the sky instead of the barren landscapes. Vivid sunset colors, cloud shapes, and lighting are the inspiration for these skyscapes. Using fabric, I also add sculptural elements to these oil paintings for some texture while also representing aspects of the sky, unseen to the naked eye.
